Privacy Notice

1. About this notice

This notice explains how the public Farbi website at farbi.app handles information while the Farbi mobile app is still in development. It covers this website only. It does not describe the Farbi app, which has not launched yet.

2. Information the website handles

The Farbi website is a small set of informational pages. Right now it does not offer user accounts, it has no newsletter or waitlist form, it does not accept payments, it does not collect information from children, and it does not use advertising trackers.

Like any website, it still has to be delivered over the internet. Our hosting and security provider processes the ordinary technical data a browser sends with each request so the site can be served and protected from abuse. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request, the time of the request, and related security and diagnostic information. We do not use this technical data to identify individual visitors or to build advertising profiles.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website does not run analytics, marketing pixels, or cookie-based personalization, and it does not show a cookie consent banner because there is currently no tracking that would need one. If we introduce analytics or any other meaningful tracking in the future, we will update this notice before we do.

4. Email contact

If you email us at hello@farbi.app or privacy@farbi.app, you choose to share your email address and whatever you write in your message. We use that information only to reply to you and to handle related correspondence about the same enquiry.

Please don’t send sensitive personal information by email. Children should not send us personal information — if a child has a question, a parent or guardian should contact us on their behalf.

5. Children’s privacy

Farbi is made for children, but this website is written for the parents and guardians who decide whether Farbi is right for their family. The website does not knowingly ask for or collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email privacy@farbi.app and we will delete it.

6. Third-party services

To publish this website we rely on a small number of external services:

— Cloudflare hosts the website and handles the technical delivery and security described above.
— Google Fonts serves the Nunito typeface used across the site, so your browser requests those font files from Google when a page loads.

The website does not embed advertising networks, social media trackers, or third-party analytics.

7. The future Farbi app

The Farbi mobile app is still in development. This notice covers the website only — it does not yet describe how the app will handle data. Before Farbi is available to download, we will publish a dedicated privacy policy for the app that explains its data handling in detail.
