Terms of Use
Last updated: July 8, 2026 · Applies to the Farbi app and farbi.app
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name, address, country] (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Farbi you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Where you purchased Farbi through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard EULA and App Store terms also apply.
2. Who may use Farbi
Farbi is made for children, but the account holder must be an adult. Downloads, purchases, and these terms are the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility. By letting a child use Farbi, you confirm you are their parent or guardian.
3. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Farbi on Apple devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and Apple’s usage rules.
4. The family pass
The Farbi family pass is an auto-renewing subscription (€29.99/year or €4.99/month — local prices shown in the App Store) that unlocks all pictures, tools, and themes for your family via Apple Family Sharing.
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
5. Free trial
Where offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. Your child’s artwork
Everything your child colors or draws in Farbi belongs to your family. We claim no rights to it — it is stored on your device and never uploaded to us.
7. Our content
The Farbi app, its coloring pages, illustrations, sounds, name, and logo are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may print and share finished pictures privately; you may not extract, resell, or redistribute Farbi’s artwork or software.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app; don’t circumvent the parental gate or purchase mechanisms; don’t use Farbi in any unlawful way.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Farbi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Farbi in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life and health).
10. Termination
You can stop using Farbi anytime; deleting the app removes its data from your device. We may suspend the license if these terms are materially breached. Sections 6–9 survive termination.
11. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Farbi after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. Questions? Write to hello@farbi.app or [Company name, postal address].
