Farbi is made primarily for children ages 2 to 6. Younger children can tap to fill a shape. Older ones can use the crayon, marker and other tools, or draw on a blank page in Free Drawing.

Farbi 1.0 is in English.

Not yet. Farbi 1.0 is coming to the App Store for iPhone and iPad. When it’s ready, we’ll say so here.

No. Farbi has no ads anywhere in the app and no sponsored content. Families pay for Farbi; advertisers don’t.

No. Farbi has no timers, scores, streaks or coins. There are stickers for finished pictures, but no points to chase and nothing counting down. A coloring page should feel like paper and crayons.

Buying, sharing and links out of the app sit behind a parent gate. Apple also asks you to confirm every purchase.

No. There’s nothing to sign up for or sign in to. Farbi does create an anonymous identifier for your installation so it can fetch pictures and keep track of your subscription. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Farbi doesn’t ask for a child’s name, age, email, photo or location. To work, the app uses limited technical information such as an anonymous installation ID, app version, device model, language and subscription status. It may also send crash reports and limited anonymous usage information, never what a child draws. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Yes, for pictures you’ve already opened, and for Free Drawing and My Art. Farbi needs the internet the first time you open it, to fetch its pictures, and again for any picture you haven’t opened yet.

Farbi needs a connection the first time, when opening a picture that hasn’t been downloaded yet, when getting new pictures, and for buying, restoring or managing Family Pass. Once a picture is open, coloring it doesn’t need a connection.

In My Art, on your iPhone or iPad. They aren’t uploaded to us, so Farbi never receives them.

Yes. A parent can share a picture from My Art using the iPhone or iPad share sheet. Sharing sits behind the parent gate.

Family Pass is available monthly or yearly. The price is shown in your local currency in the App Store. Free pictures stay free.

No. Farbi includes 70+ free pictures you can color without Family Pass, and free pictures stay free. Family Pass unlocks the full library.

Family Pass unlocks the full coloring library. Free pictures stay free, and Apple Family Sharing is included.

Yes. Family Pass works with Apple Family Sharing, so people in your Family Sharing group can use it too.

Family Pass is billed through your Apple Account and renews automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel any time in your App Store account settings, and you keep access until the period ends. A grown-up makes the purchase inside Farbi’s grown-ups’ area.

Open the grown-ups’ area in Farbi and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
